| There are now well over one hundred golf courses in this area and Myrtle Beach was named International Golf Destination of the Year 2000 and today well deserves the epithet "Golf Capital of the World."
Courses vary from the average to the jaw droppingly spectacular. Some are relatively cheap, others expensive. The courses are roughly divided into three categories. Reviews of some of the courses can be found non-supplement which vary in quality, but most are enjoyable and a challenging test to golfers of all abilities and there are many hidden gems here. supplement courses which offer golf of a high standard with many offering stunning settings to go with the quality of the course. and finally premium courses which offer some of the most spectacular golf that you will find anywhere in the world, at a price!... If you have no preference we will initially base your package on our golf specials. That way you get to play 1 high cost course at a greatly reduced rate and overall the package price is much less than the total of all the normal green fees. |
condition With so much competition, great steps are taken to keep courses in top condition throughout the year, very good for us! It also helps that they have the weather that allows them to keep the greens in excellent playing condition at all times. soft spikes Without exception courses in Myrtle Beach require you to wear soft spikes to help reduce wear and tear on the greens keeping them in good playing condition all year round. If you do not possess soft spikes they can be fitted at the pro shop. Alternatively, why not take advantage of the tremendous value in the numerous golf retail outlets and treat yourself to a new pair. I bought a pair of $120 shoes in a close-out sale for $39. |
