| Dining out One thing you can't avoid when you go on holiday is eating! Food is plentiful in the USA and cheap compared to the UK. There are plenty of fine dining restaurants where you can pay $20-30 for an entree but you also have plenty of quality, value options as well and huge variety and choice.
