| Golf and Scenic villas There are various golf villas situated on both Litchfield CC and River Club plus scenic lakeside villas at Litchfield by the Sea close to the main resort complex. All properties are maintained to a similar high standard and level of equipment. There are also 3 and 4 bedroom properties available on request for larger groups. The 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom golf cottages seen in the picture on the right are very popular and purpose built for a party of eight golfers. |

Bridgewater condominiums These superb one and two bedroom ocean front suites provide comfort, great views and excellent facilities. Overlooking the ocean with miles of uncrowded beaches, Bridgewater boasts its own indoor and outdoor pool including a lazy river and is about a 10 minute stroll (or 3 minutes in the car - this is America!) to the hotel reception, gift shop, fitness and restaurant complex.
