| The Plantation House Ball Room Suite encompassing over 1,200 square feet is perfect for special occasions. It features a large living room area, four-poster king size bed, fireplace, and bathroom containing a double Jacuzzi and adjoining glass-enclosed shower. Perhaps the foremost asset of the second floor is the view, a full 360 degrees over the Plantation grounds, the avenue of live oaks, the pool, and the masts of sailboats passing along the Intracoastal Waterway. The Gun Room is on the first floor of the Plantation House. Decorated with leather and wood, this suite includes a comfortable sitting room with separate half-bath. The bedroom has a queen-size canopied bed, fireplace, and a stunning view of our Avenue of Live Oaks. The Blue Room, on the first floor, offers views of the historic rice fields that lead to the river. Featuring a cosy sitting area, fireplace, and a king-size Rice Bed, this lovely room abounds with Southern charm. |

The Guest House is a 6 bedroom, 8,250 sq. ft. brick and stucco mansion surrounded by courtyards, landscaped patios, covered walkways and is located beside a natural pond. It has 10 ft. ceilings and ceramic tile flooring throughout the first floor.
The main living room, 17 feet by 35 feet features a fireplace, grand piano, and ample space in which to relax and enjoy luxury. The classic formal dining room of the Guest House can accommodate 14 guests at table. The six bedrooms have king size or double beds, each with private bath, telephone, and cable TV and is the perfect location for small corporate groups or societies who wish to hold their own functions. The kitchen is just through the swing door and catering may be arranged with the Carriage House Club. Other common rooms include library, bar room, kitchen and breakfast area. The Executive Suite occupies the entire second floor of the Guest House. It provides guests with a king size antique sleigh bed, a snug sitting area before the fireplace and a modern wet-bar. The bathroom contains a luxurious double Jacuzzi and adjoining glass-enclosed shower, double sinks and a wicker chaise longe. The warm Chinese red glow in the décor provides the atmosphere of a cosy retreat. |

| The Tucker's Woods 2600 to 3500 square feet villas are situated in a tranquil wooded setting with first and second floor porches facing a lake, reminiscent of a low country plantation house. Two and three bedroom accommodations have private bathrooms, telephones, and cable TV.
Junior suites may feature a private veranda overlooking a lake, with canopy bed, or whirlpool tub. The cottages are fully equipped with a modern kitchen, dining room, den, fireplace, washer and dryer, and living room with access to the back porch overlooking the lake and Tucker's Woods. The Rice Planters Suite is a luxurious room combining old world atmosphere with 20th century convenience. It has a king size four-poster canopy bed, sitting area and fireplace a very large bathroom with skylights and a whirlpool tub. Chapel Creek Villas are large town homes of 2500 square feet featuring landscaped courtyard entrances, private patios overlooking the wandering natural Chapel Creek. They are constructed of rough-hewn cypress and natural clay brick and set amidst mature cypress, holly and majestic oaks. |
